How do I reset my study plan?

Settings → Study plan → Redo study plan. You will go through onboarding again. Your answer history is preserved.

My readiness score says "Calibrating"

The readiness model needs at least 30 answered questions before it locks in. Until then the score is an early estimate based on your onboarding confidence. Keep answering and the badge disappears.

How do I restore Aegis Pro on a new iPhone?

Open the paywall from Settings and tap Restore purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple ID, so it unlocks on any iPhone signed in with the same account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Aegis Pro, and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

A question looks wrong

Email support@nexrara.com with the question text or a screenshot, the category, and what you believe the correct answer is and why. We review reports and update content on a rolling basis.

My streak reset

Streaks are counted daily from session timestamps. Missing a day resets the streak. If you studied yesterday and it still reset, email us the dates.

Will my progress sync between devices?

Not currently. Aegis stores your progress on the device so it works offline with no account. Pro purchases do transfer via your Apple ID.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Danger zone → Reset all data removes your study plan and every recorded answer from the device. Deleting the app also removes all data, since nothing is stored on our servers.

Is Aegis available on Android?

Not yet. Aegis is iPhone only and requires iOS 17 or later. Android is on the roadmap.
